Focus on one thing at a time.
Do one tiny thing better, than some big thing or a bunch of things “ok”.
I see this most often in the super hero space. If you’re creating a new super hero universe, don’t start off with your universe, launch one successful character from your universe and build in steps.
You only have 100% focus. When you split your focus for any reason, it means the thing that should get all your attention… isn’t. ▪
